Zoe Saldana was born on the 19th of June, 1978, in Passaic, New Jersey, to Asalia Nazario and Aridio Saldana. Her father was Dominican and her mother is Puerto Rican. She was born in Queens. Her family and she moved to Dominican Republic at the age of 10, and there they would spend the next seven year.
