Summer Glau
Glau's first TV appearance was as a guest actor in the episode in 2002 of Angel. There she caught the eye of director Joss Whedon, who then cast her in his critically-acclaimed, but short-lived TV show Firefly as River Tam, a role she reprised in the sequel feature film to the show Serenity. Glau had previously tried to audition for the part of the role of a Power Ranger (White Wild Force Ranger Alyssa Enrile) in Power Rangers Wild Force but was defeated by the actress Jessica Rey before meeting Whedon.Glau was in the episode "Love Conquers Al" from the TV series Cold Case. She was the role of Shelly her high school senior in Sleepover. She also appeared in the CSI: Crime Scene Investigation episode "What's Gilbert Grissom Doing to Gilbert? ", and season 2 of The Unit as Crystal Burns (the boyfriend of Jeremy Erhart). Glau played Tess Doerner (a paranoid, schizophrenic returningee) in the second season of The 4400. From season three, she became a recurring role. Mammoth was also her horror-comedy role. Glau was also cast in the ABC Family TV movie The Initiation of Sarah.In Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles the series that debuted January 13, 2008. Glau played the role of Cameron Phillips, a Terminator infiltration unit that is sent back to safeguard John Connor and Sarah Connor from Skynet. The seventh episode of the show, "The Demon Hand", featured several scenes that featured Glau playing the character of Cameron, dances ballet. In the second season's episodes "Allison From Palmdale" (season 2), Glau played Allison Young the human doppelganger of Cameron. Glau played herself on a CBS episode of The Big Bang Theory's situation comedy.
